  • How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
    We typically process orders within 24-48 business hours after receiving payment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the current courier service we collaborate with. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (or similar) once your order is shipped.
  • What is your return policy?
    You have the right to return items within 14 natural days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To be eligible for a return, clothing and accessories must be in their original, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Return costs will be paid by the customer, this may vary between 2% of the total value of the purchase or a minimum 2€ fee cost.
  • Do you offer exchanges for products?
    Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you`d receive a voucher or bill with the value of the purchased made and this may be used again for another purchase, once the former articles bought have arrived back to our logistics centre and the quality revision has been ensured.   • How do I initiate a return or exchange?
    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service email. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours from receiving your order, if not we will not reimburse the article.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
    This would be unprovable as we do check thoroughly every article sent before giving it to our delivery 3rd party agent, however these things may happen. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service email within 72 hours of receiving your order: We will work to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

    Currently, we offer national-based (Spain,Canary & Balearic Islands), as well as most of EU and UK. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
