The customer will receive a confirmation email with their order tracking number once the shipment has been made.
Firstly we have refunds that carry a commission for the management of the money. If the amount to be charged to the recipient is less than €100, it is added to the shipment 2 €, if it is greater than €100, 2% is added.
We also have returns (if for example, the merchandise has not been delivered to the recipient for whatever reason and a return is requested), the one-way shipment would be charged as a normal shipment and this return costs €3.5 for national shipments (Spain, canary & balearic islands not included). If the shipment is international, it will depend on the country and the weight and volume of the merchandise.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without the need for justification within a period of 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.
Clothing and accessories must be in their original and unworn condition, and must be returned in their original packaging.
If the product is defective or damaged, the customer must contact us via our customer service email within 2 years of receiving the order so that we can offer a solution.
Once the return has been received, the amount corresponding to the price of the returned products and the original shipping costs will be refunded.

If the customer wishes to exchange one product for another, they must contact us through our customer service email.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping the new product.
This returns and delivery policy complies with the regulations and consumer rights for Spain and the European Union (DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of October 25, 2011). Customers are advised to regularly review our policy to be informed of any CHANGES.
